​As a qualified pharmacist with over 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, I bring a comprehensive blend of technical, operational, and strategic expertise across the full healthcare value chain. My professional journey spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales and marketing, training and development, as well as warehousing and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Today, I specialize in supporting organizations with ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System implementation, QMS automation through Microsoft 365 solutions, and medical device regulatory affairs. I am also an accomplished author, providing practical guidance through my works on navigating the South African medical device regulatory landscape and mastering ISO 13485 compliance. In addition, my role as a lead auditor with certification bodies enables me to offer deep insights into regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and quality excellence, helping organizations achieve sustainable growth and international standards compliance.
